JOB DESCRiPTiONS

Kitchen Crew

Responsibilities:

  • You are primarily responsible of food preparation and food production to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered.
  • You are to work together with your team to ensure smooth restaurant kitchen operations and adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards as set in our SOP.
  • You are also accountable to proper management and accuracy of the restaurant food items required to meet the restaurants demand and sales.

Requirements:

  • Good culinary skills with sound working knowledge in all work stations of the kitchen.
  • Min 1 year experience in similar capacity with a reputable and established organization.
  • Good communicator with leadership qualities.
  • Passion for food and culinary arts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holiday.

Service Crew (Front of House)

Responsibilities:

  • You shall ensure the smooth running of the restaurant operations during your shift in the restaurants in line with the Company’s business objectives.
  • Being a Front-Of-House crew, you shall provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers enjoy their dining experience with us. This includes having excellent product knowledge that enables you to make wise suggestions to customers, whenever required.
  • You are also required to work in a team with the back of house staff to attain high standards of product quality, service as well as health and safety.
  • In addition, you shall ensure that all in-store facilities conform to sanitary regulations and to ensure strict compliance with MOH’s legislation and Company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE O’ level
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly energized working environment
  • Resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holiday

Assistant/Restaurant Business Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, you shall direct and manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the restaurant in line with the Company’s business objectives.
  • Being a team leader, you shall plan, coordinate and supervise activities of staff of both the front of house and the back of house to attain high standards of product quality, service as well as health and safety. Apart from the above, you shall be responsible for inventory management and restaurant management through proper planning and utilization of available resources.
  • With sound working knowledge and a good understanding of the market trend, you shall be involved in the development of in-store marketing activities to drive traffic to the restaurant.
  • In addition, you shall ensure that all equipment and in-store facilities conform to sanitary regulations and to ensure strict compliance with MOH’s legislation and Company’s policies and procedures.
  • You will also hold a supervisory role such as the authority to influence or make decision on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination and assessment of the performance of your staff.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Operations Management / Hospitality Management or related field
  • Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and highly energized working environment
  • Mature and decisive with good business acumen
  • Sound working knowledge with good leadership qualities
  • Resourceful with excellent management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications

Assistant/Restaurant Culinary Manager

Responsibilities:

  • You are primarily responsible for the managing and overseeing of our restaurants kitchen operations.
  • You will be accountable for food cost management, menu planning, as well as the development and creation of new products in meeting our business needs. You will be responsible for the running and the supervision of food preparation and food production to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered.
  • You will hold supervisory role such as the authority to influence or make decision on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination and assessment of performance of your staff.
  • In addition, you are equipped with the ability to train and demonstrate cooking techniques and proper equipment usage to our team in the back of house to ensure that our kitchen operations adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards as set in our SOP.

Requirements:

  • Good culinary skills with sound working knowledge in all work stations of the kitchen
  • Min 3-4 years’ experience in similar capacity with a reputable and established organization
  • Good communicator with leadership qualities
  • Passion for food and culinary arts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
